Nomasonto Maswanganyi, popularly known as Mshoza, was a South African kwaito and pop singer. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, she rose to fame in the early 2000s with her energetic performances and unique fashion sense.

Mshoza’s career was marked by a series of hit songs, including “Kortes” and “Yekela.” Her music often blended traditional South African sounds with contemporary beats, creating a distinctive style that appealed to a wide audience.

Beyond her music, Mshoza was also known for her bold and often controversial public image. She was not afraid to experiment with fashion and push boundaries, making her a recognizable figure in the South African entertainment industry.

Unfortunately, Mshoza’s life was also marked by personal struggles, including health issues and financial difficulties. She passed away on November 19, 2021, leaving a significant impact on the South African music scene.
